Every mini-split unit is priced the same: $200 for the first unit cleaned in a visit and $125 for each additional unit — wall, floor, or ceiling, all counted together. Select your units on the request form to see your estimate before requesting an appointment.

Wall-mounted mini-splits are the most common type. Over time, dust, dirt, and grime build up deep inside the indoor unit, which can reduce airflow and cause musty odors. A deep clean removes that built-up debris.

Floor console units sit low to the ground and collect dust and debris deep inside the unit. They're priced the same as any other unit: the first unit in a visit, then each additional unit.

Every indoor unit type is priced the same — the count is all that matters. Commercial properties, difficult-access units, and travel outside the normal service area may need separate confirmation — Contact us for pricing.
Unit type doesn't change the price — for example, 1 wall + 1 floor is $325, and adding a ceiling cassette makes it $450. These totals are estimates; Gavin confirms your service area, unit types, availability, and final price before your appointment.
