What exactly do you clean?
We deep clean the internal parts of your ductless mini-split that a routine filter rinse can't reach, removing built-up dust, dirt, and grime. Gavin confirms what your specific unit needs before the job.
Why get a professional deep cleaning if I rinse my filters?
Rinsing the removable filter handles surface dust, but dirt and grime also build up deeper inside the unit where a filter rinse can't reach. A professional deep clean addresses those internal parts.
Do you do repairs or installations?
No. We focus only on cleaning ductless mini-split systems. We do not perform repairs, installations, or electrical work.
What areas do you serve?

How does pricing work?
Every mini-split unit cleaned in one visit is priced the same: $200 for the first unit and $125 for each additional unit — whether it's a wall unit, floor console, or ceiling cassette, all counted together. For example, one unit is $200, two are $325, and three are $450. Commercial jobs, difficult-access units, and out-of-area travel may need separate confirmation. We confirm your service area, unit types, availability, and final price before your appointment.
